| Coming soon, photo's taken in the Church. They are on my other computer so I need to put them on disk and load them. So on to the Music room....................... | |
| Below is a photo of the front, note this organ is in great condition for "any age". The color is rich and there is no wax or anything applied to the organ. What you see is exactly what she looks like. The keys are tight and the felts must be in great condition. It feels as close to new as it gets. | |

| Here are shots of both sides. As expected the side near the window looks lighter but it really isn't. Ain't she pretty. Note: This organ has never had any work done to it in any form other than oiling on a regular basis. No, not even a leslie kit. The owner always used the Hammond tone cabinet his father purchased when he bought it. So yes, it is as original as it gets. | |

| Normally I would pull this out to take photo's but with no help standing around I don't like sliding any Hammond around, it no really good on it's joints. So, hear are some shots looking over the back of the sofa. Note: The early series B3's "like my 55" all had the black vibrato scanner located on the top instead of the metal case attached to the manuals like the later models. Different but very cool! | |

| Below is the best shot I could get of the tag looking over the sofa. But she is a 57 based on serial number. Below is a photo of the bench, again in very nice condition. No hinny stains or circles like so many have. Maybe as a young man he didn't practice much which I understand. I quit taking piano lessons at 12 to play football with my buddies. Dumb move but I'm making up for it now...... | |

| I'd like to thank all the folks I had the please of meeting on my last trip. Folks like Denny in PA who held on to his mother's RT3 for me for almost 6 months until I could get there. What a great organ the RT3 is and it's condition is just as new as the B3 above. Currently it is in the shop until I can go over the electrical wiring and give it a good oiling. I'd hate to burn the house down by not checking that 50 year old wiring. Mama would not like that much. Click here to return to the home page | |
