Below are a few photo's taken inside my workshop. Some pieces are just about finished whiles others are on my "projects to do list". To view more projects and works in progress click the link about.

Below is a B2 converted to a B3. Just about every part has been rebuilt from the ground up. The cabinet was completely stripped and refinished. What a great color on this beauty. (Minwax Special Walnut & Red Mahogany blend) Also shown to the right is a refinished 122. Don't they make a great looking couple...

Below is a Hammond BC I refinished and rebuilt. Sorry to say I let a friend purchase it in a weak moment. Now it sits pretty in his colorful parlor. Or should I say living room? To the right is a Leslie 145 I restored. A light Walnut sure makes this a beauty. This leslie was trashed when I found it. Today she is not only great looking, but sounds as new as ever.

Below is one of my A100's. Serial number 1319. This near mint organ was in a basement that would only come out end up. What a job after driving almost 9 hours, but it made it up the steps with out a mark and my trip to New Jersey continued. On the right is the bench and music rack. Wow is she pretty or what.

Below is my newly stripped B3 cabinet. I'm not sure of what color I will use yet, but I'm thinking maybe golden oak. To the right is the bench. Just a couple little spots here and there and the fun begins. This baby is going to be brass'ed out. Even the pedal tubes will be solid brass. No black screws will be in this project.

Want to see how it came out? Below are a few photo's of what we have now.....

Not to bad if I say so myself. You wouldn't believe how sweet this baby sounds. Like brass? Check out the goodies.

Now you know that brown down tubes would never look right. Let's have them brass plated as well.

Coming soon, better photo's of this organ
but my camera skills are not very good.

OK, I stink!
Here is a B3 I purchased from a Church. During a Hurricane the roof gave way and down it came on this organ and two Leslie's. Due to flooding no one could get to it for over a month. Today she is doing much better............. Matched up with a 122 I refinished and rebuilt of course. Note I only keep one set of pedals in the room. It just takes less room so I can put more organs in here. Yea!

Here's another one I almost forgot. To the right is a wonderful B3 in the new room. After I purchased this one I just sat it in the new room, hooked it up for a 147 which took very little time and she sounds great. Because of so many project going on I'm just letting her sit for a while.

Note: I have one of my C3 benches sitting in front of here. The original bench is up in the loft to be out of the way. The C3 is in the Living room which is down right awesome. It looks and sounds like a brand new organ. I'll post some photo's of it soon. Mama wants it out of her living room. Why?

Below - In from New Jersey are a pair of 31H leslies in pretty nice shape. Owned by a Hammond Tech, I will be converting this par to match my BC. I am going to steal my buddy Wayne's name and call this my "Tower of Power"
On the right. This A100 is still in my shop. Just finished up and she is looking great again. This 1599 Serial number A100 has the sound not often found in A100's. Even using the internal speakers you can tell she is going to incredible once I put it threw a leslie.

Below is my 46W project. I picked up this leslie in New York. Now that I have finished with the cabinet I will install the reconditioned "innards" including the original amp (converted for two speed switching) rebuilt with new caps and tubes. The motors will be replaced with a pair of rebuilt two speed. Ain't she pretty! This leslie will be matched with my 1955 B3 for now. You can see it just to the right of the leslie photo. Note: I was going to finish this cabinet in light walnut when I got this brain storm to try my hand with mahogany. So I did. Now I am going to use mahogany on my next B3 project that will start once the temperatures get in the 60's or more. I really need 70's to have my stripper react right.

Here is my latest project that is just about complete. A little rubbing out to have everything even out and she will match my 55 B3 perfect. This leslie was born a 22h but after gutting and replacing the lower baffle board with a 122 style board she is now a full 122 cabinet and I have the solid wood of the old cabinets I love so. I will not clear coat this cabinet, I left the grain open on the organ and this to really bring out the beauty of the wood grain. It's just about ready for it's rebuilt two speed motors and converted 22h amp. Yea! I just wish the photo did it justice.

Every once in a while you just fall into a hidden treasure. That is what happened to me a while back. I had a fellow call me looking to find a home for an old organ in a house he had bought. Getting this type of call happens quit a bit so I don't get very excited. But it just so happened I was heading to a music store later that day for a piano lesson so I arranged a meeting with him. To my surprise once I arrived he opened the door and there sat a incredible Hammond A-102 including a great Rowe-Mass Chime Cabinet. What a great surprise. See the A-102 was only made in two colors, light cherry and dark cherry and this organ looked like new. WooooooWhooooooo. Yea for me......

I have got to take you folks to my loft, it over looks the living room and that space plus a 25 x 40 bedroom is all mine. Last check I had 8 leslies, 3 piano's and a couple B's hanging around. Ain't Hammond's great.
Stop by, your welcome. Play my toys, heck, bring some work clothes and help me for a day or two. We may even get to my storage units where I keep my future projects. Now there are some great Hammond's hidden there to. Yea, Yea, Yea.
